The refund of the rental deposit is made to the tenant's bank account within 15 days of receiving the exit statement letter. However, for the refund to take place, the balance on the tenant's account must be positive. If the balance is negative, the tenant must repay the amount within 8 days or request a repayment plan from the legal department.
Within two months from the 1st day of the month following the date you move out of the housing.
The move-out inspection is conducted; Recovery of the rental deposit (SWL – BANK)
When the tenant leaves their housing, they will receive a statement by mail including the amount for the condition of the property, the rental deposit, and the balance of the tenant's history.
